RETURN POLICY

Pure Daily Essentials stands behind the products we sell. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns* within 15 days of purchase (excluding shipping charges). Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a full Refund if it didn't meet your expectations, or if you have had an unexpected skin reaction.

If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, Cheque and Money Order. All orders with a subtotal of $500.00 or more, and being paid with a credit card, will require an authorization form to be filled out and signed by the customer.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of an item. Any purchases over $150 will receive free shipping. If you would like to make other arrangements to receive your products or have a shipping account you would like to use please contact us at on our Contact page or call us at 604.897.2839. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery within Canada. International delivery times are subject to location.

We do not operate our Shipping Department as a profit Center. Any shipping funds not used will be returned to the consumer. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed. We take no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
